Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of MRP Shop subscriptions provided by Blackpearl Enterprises Limited.

1. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your cancellation request will be processed within 2 business days
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing month
- Any refund will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period
- Refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days
2. How the refund is calculated
One deduction, then the rest comes back to you.
Months used, at the standard monthly rate
Every month you have used is charged at ₹3,600 — the standard monthly price of Premium — not the ₹1,800 annual rate. Any part of a month counts as a full month.
Why the monthly rate and not the annual one?
The annual price is half the monthly price, and that discount is for committing to a full year. If the commitment ends early, the months actually used are billed at the same rate any month-to-month customer pays. Nothing else is deducted.
A note on GST.
GST collected on your invoice is paid to the government, not retained by us. Where that GST has already been filed for the relevant period, it may not be recoverable, and the refund may therefore be limited to the base amount excluding GST. Where the filing has not yet been made, GST is refunded along with the base amount. We will tell you which applies to your invoice when you ask.
Refund formula:
Refund = Amount paid (excluding GST) − (Months used × ₹3,600)
3. Example: cancelling after 52 days
Premium annual — paid ₹21,600 for the year — refund requested on day 52
52 days is one full month plus 22 days. Because any part of a month counts as a full month, that is two months of use, charged at the standard monthly rate of ₹3,600.
GST on this invoice. ₹21,600 would have carried ₹3,888 of GST at 18%, invoiced as ₹25,488. If that GST has already been filed with the government for the period, it is not recoverable and the refund stays at ₹14,400. If it has not yet been filed, the GST on the refunded portion is returned as well.
* Standard monthly rate for Premium is ₹3,600. The annual rate of ₹1,800 per month applies only for a completed year.
4. What is not refunded
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- ✗If total deductions exceed the amount paid (refund = ₹0)
- ✗Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
- ✗WhatsApp account suspended by Meta due to policy violations
- ✗WhatsApp Business name not approved by Meta due to business document issues
- ✗Quarterly subscriptions (short-term plans are non-refundable)
- ✗Integration fees paid separately (already non-refundable)
- ✗WhatsApp message credits (consumed or unused)
5. Access after cancellation
After cancellation is processed:
- ✓Access continues until end of current billing month
- ✓Export your customer data within 30 days
- ✓WhatsApp handle remains active (managed by Meta directly)
- !After 90 days, account data will be permanently deleted
