Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of MRP Shop subscriptions provided by Blackpearl Enterprises Limited.

  • No refund for the period already used
  • Refunds calculated on pro-rata basis at standard monthly rates
  • WhatsApp setup fee (₹4,000) is non-refundable
  • Petpooja integration fee (₹1,000) is non-refundable
  • Current month of service is always charged (no partial month refunds)

1. Integration Fees (Non-Refundable)

The following one-time integration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

WhatsApp Business API Setup

Includes Meta verification, branded handle setup, and configuration

Petpooja POS Integration

₹1,000

One-time setup for POS sync and transaction integration

Note: These fees cover third-party verification costs, technical setup, and configuration work that cannot be reversed once completed.

2. Integration Fee Waivers

Our Automate and Dominate plans include integration fees as part of the subscription:

Automate Plan (Annual)

WhatsApp integration included, Petpooja charges waived

Dominate Plan

All integration fees included in subscription

Important: If you cancel a plan where integration fees were waived, these fees (₹4,000 WhatsApp + ₹1,000 Petpooja = ₹5,000 total) will be deducted from any refund amount.

3. Cancellation Process

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  1. Your cancellation request will be processed within 2 business days
  2. You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing month
  3. Any refund will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period
  4. Refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Calculation Method

Refunds are calculated using the following deduction order:

Petpooja Integration Fee

₹1,000 deducted first (if waived in plan)

WhatsApp Integration Fee

₹4,000 deducted second (if waived in plan)

Usage Charges at Monthly Rate

Period used is calculated at standard monthly rates (not discounted annual rate)

Current Month Charge

Current month is always fully charged (no partial refunds)

Refund Formula:
Refund = Amount Paid − Integration Fees − (Months Used × Monthly Rate) − Current Month

5. Example Refund Calculation

Scenario: Automate Annual Plan Cancelled After 6 Months

Customer paid ₹21,600 for annual Automate plan (integrations included)

6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If total deductions exceed the amount paid (refund = ₹0)
  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • WhatsApp account suspended by Meta due to policy violations
  • Quarterly subscriptions (short-term plans are non-refundable)
  • Integration fees paid separately (already non-refundable)
  • WhatsApp message credits (consumed or unused)

7. Post-Cancellation Access

After cancellation is processed:

  • Access continues until end of current billing month
  • Export your customer data within 30 days
  • WhatsApp handle remains active (managed by Meta directly)
  • !After 90 days, account data will be permanently deleted

8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

MRP Shop reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Cancellation requests are processed under the policy in effect at the time of subscription purchase.
