Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of MRP Shop subscriptions provided by Blackpearl Enterprises Limited.

1. Integration Fees (Non-Refundable)

The following one-time integration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Why is the WhatsApp fee non-refundable?

When you subscribe, we immediately initiate the WhatsApp Business API application process with Meta on your behalf. This is a third-party process that begins the moment your payment is received.

  • The WhatsApp Business account belongs to you permanently. Once created, it becomes part of your business portfolio. You can continue using it even if you stop using MRP Shop — it is 100% yours.
  • We charge for the process, not just the outcome. Even if your WhatsApp Business name does not get approved by Meta, the ₹4,000 is still non-refundable. Name rejections happen due to issues with your business documents or Meta's policies — this is outside our control.
  • The fee covers the cost of submitting and managing the API application, Meta verification, configuration, and dedicated support for the setup process — all of which are completed regardless of the approval outcome.

Why is the Petpooja fee non-refundable?

The ₹1,000 Petpooja integration fee is charged directly by Petpooja and is transferred to them the moment you subscribe. We do not retain this amount — it is passed on to Petpooja to activate the POS sync and transaction integration for your account. As this is a third-party payment made on your behalf, we are unable to reverse or refund it.

Note: These fees cover third-party verification costs, technical setup, and configuration work that cannot be reversed once completed. They are non-refundable whether paid separately or included as part of a subscription plan (e.g., Automate or Dominate).

2. Integration Fee Waivers

Our Automate and Dominate plans include integration fees as part of the subscription:

Automate Plan (Annual)

WhatsApp integration included, Petpooja charges waived

Dominate Plan

All integration fees included in subscription

Important: If you cancel a plan where integration fees were waived, these fees (₹4,000 WhatsApp + ₹1,000 Petpooja = ₹5,000 total) will be deducted from any refund amount, since the third-party costs were already incurred on your behalf.

3. Cancellation Process

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  1. Your cancellation request will be processed within 2 business days
  2. You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing month
  3. Any refund will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period
  4. Refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Calculation Method

Refunds are calculated using the following deduction order:

Usage Charges at Standard Monthly Rate

Months used are charged at the standard monthly rate for your plan — not the discounted price you paid. If you received a special offer or annual discount, the deduction is still calculated at the full standard monthly rate.

Why standard rates and not your discounted price?
When you subscribe to an annual or discounted plan, the discount is a reward for long-term commitment. If you cancel early, the months you have already used are billed at the standard monthly rate — the same price any month-to-month customer would pay. This ensures fairness and reflects the actual cost of delivering the service for the period used.

Refund Formula:
Refund = Amount Paid − Integration Fees − (Months Used × Standard Monthly Rate) − Current Month

5. Example Refund Calculation

Scenario: Base Plan (₹1,800/month) — Paid ₹15,000 Annual Offer — Cancelled After 4 Months

Customer subscribed to the ₹1,800/month Base Plan but got an annual offer and paid only ₹15,000 for the year. They cancel after 4 months of use.

Note: Even though you paid ₹15,000 (discounted), the deduction for months used is calculated at ₹1,800/month — the standard monthly rate for the Base Plan. The discount you received was for committing to the full year; since you cancelled early, standard rates apply for the period used.

6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If total deductions exceed the amount paid (refund = ₹0)
  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • WhatsApp account suspended by Meta due to policy violations
  • WhatsApp Business name not approved by Meta due to business document issues
  • Quarterly subscriptions (short-term plans are non-refundable)
  • Integration fees paid separately (already non-refundable)
  • WhatsApp message credits (consumed or unused)

7. Post-Cancellation Access

After cancellation is processed:

  • Access continues until end of current billing month
  • Export your customer data within 30 days
  • WhatsApp handle remains active (managed by Meta directly)
  • !After 90 days, account data will be permanently deleted
