What exactly is the Restaurant Growth Operating System?

It is one platform that replaces the four things restaurants normally buy separately: a loyalty tool, a WhatsApp marketing tool, a review tool and a direct ordering system. They share one customer database, so a guest who walks in, orders online and leaves a review is one person to you, not three.

Do I need to change my POS or billing software?

No. MRP sits alongside what you already use. We integrate with the common Indian POS systems, and where an integration does not exist yet the team sets up a manual capture that works from day one.

How long before I see repeat customers coming back?

Who owns my customer data?

You do. Your customer list is yours to export at any time. That is the entire point of the platform, and it is the opposite of how a delivery aggregator treats the same relationship.
